This stunning 27mm x 25mm x 25mm rainbow garnet cluster is one of the most striking examples of natural color gradient diffraction we've seen from San Pedro Mountain. The surface is a dense field of sharp, lustrous microcrystals, each shimmering with spectral color—but what makes this piece exceptional is the smooth transition from green through gold into violet, a rare optical phenomenon within this material.
The druzy-style crystallization gives the entire surface a velvety sparkle, with light catching on every facet, creating a jewel-like texture that shifts as the piece is moved. The luster is excellent, and the consistency of the diffraction across the full surface is remarkable.
A truly standout specimen and one of the finest in this style—especially significant given the San Pedro locality is no longer in production, making these even more collectible.
